Refund Policy for Garvita Stores
At Garvita Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund under the following terms:
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received to qualify for a return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our customer support at support@garvitastores.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit in your Garvita Stores account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items. Contact support with your order details within 48 hours of delivery. Approved exchanges will be processed after the returned item is received.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including customized or personalized products, items sold during a sale, and products below a specified price threshold.
